Klier and Unnerstall Named 2016 Distinguished Engineering Alumni
Bowman, Perry and Underhill Selected as Outstanding Chemical Engineers
Each year the School bestows Outstanding Chemical Engineer Awards on a select group of alumni. This year's recipients were:

John Klier (MSChE '86, PhD '89), Head of Chemical Engineering at the
University of Massachusetts Amherst, was selected as a 2016 Distinguished
Engineering Alumnus. Bryan Boudouris, the Robert and Sally Weist
Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering, hosted his visit.
Ronald J. Unnerstall (BSChE '83), Vice President, Refining and
Logistics Technology at BP, was named a 2016 Distinguished
Engineering Alumnus. He was hosted by Fabio Ribeiro, the R. Norris
and Eleanor Shreve Professor of Chemical Engineering.
